I am a mother who in my free time, enjoys staying active with jogging, hiking, and yoga. I also enjoy reading, crafts, movies, and shopping. I am a student of both life and academics. I feel that we never truly stop learning and should never stop, there is so much to know and explore! 🙂 I consider myself to be a spiritual person and I keep faith out of coaching sessions unless a client wishes to speak about their own faith. I have lived with my family for most of my life, yet I have had a few years where I did my own thing and learned about what the world can throw at you. I believe that obstacles create strength when we overcome them and we need a good support system to help us get through them.
I started my first job in our family-owned automotive parts supply shop when I was young. As I grew older, I ventured out into other jobs such as call centers, retail, receptionist, medical claims, and data entry while attending college for psychology. I was able to apply the techniques I was learning in school to both my personal and my work life. All throughout, I was able to help my family, friends and fellow coworkers with their work or personal life to help them achieve what they need or want. I have also volunteered my time with a few programs to expand my abilities in helping a wide range of ages, needs, and experiences.
